8 Natural Pure Honey Recipes for Skin
Pure honey is healthy for both the body and your skin. I have eight natural honey recipes to share with you all today. These recipes include two different cleansing creams, one for dry lips, two for your bath, two for face masks, and one for shampoo.
Cleansing Creams
1. Smooth Face
Ingredients include:
2 tablespoons of honey
50g of rolled oats
1half of a small container of plain yogurt
Add the honey, oatmeal, and yogurt in a blender, then mix. After getting a creamy paste texture, spread it on your face and let it rest for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water afterward.
2. Honey Cleansing Cream
Ingredients include:
15ml of water
10g of light honey
125ml of milk
1 egg yolk
Heat the water with the honey while stirring so that it melts. Remove the pan from the heat and add the milk with the egg yolk. Beat everything, then apply it to your face. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
Dry Lips
If you are someone who has or gets dry lips, I highly recommend you try this recipe.
Ingredients include:
2 tablespoons of rose water
1 tablespoon of honey
Warm up the honey, then add the rose water to it. Once it is cooled, you can apply a little to your lips. There will be lots so you can use it whenever needed.
Bath
1. Honey Bath
Ingredients include:
5 tablespoons of honey
Add the honey to your bathwater. Soak in the bath for 15 to 30 minutes then rinse.
2. Relaxing Bath
Ingredients include:
5 tablespoons of honey
2 handfuls of coarse salt
5 tablespoons of almond oil
Have your bathwater around 38 degrees. Add the honey, coarse salt, and almond oil. Get in and relax.
Face Masks
1. Smoothing Mask
Ingredients include:
1 tablespoon of runny honey
A few drops of lemon juice
Combine the honey and the lemon juice, then mix. Apply this face mask to your face and leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
2. Healthy Glow Mask
Ingredients include:
1 tablespoon of honey
The juice of an orange
Add the liquid honey to the orange juice and mix well. Make sure your face is perfectly cleansed before applying the mask to your face. Once you have the mask on, let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
Shampoo For Dull Hair
Ingredients include:
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of honey
2-3 drops of Lemon juice
Add the eggs to the honey and lemon juice, then make sure it is well mixed. Wet your hair, then apply the mixture to your hair by massaging gently. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
